Headteacher's Welcome

Children are at the very heart of this outstanding Catholic school.

Everything we do is focused on them because they are made "in the image and likeness of God" and are loved by Him.

We want each of our students to experience and recognise God in their daily lives regardless of their denomination or faith.

The values of Compassion, Aspiration, Reconciliation, Equality and Stewardship (McAuley CARES) are central to how we achieve this.

We support families to educate their children in accordance with the principles and teachings of the Catholic Church and, as such, our school community is Christ-centred through opportunities to celebrate the Eucharist and through the practice of our Faith.

Catholic schools are unique among schools; The McAuley School is unique among Catholic schools. The way we approach each precious day is best summed up by our school motto:

'I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.' John 10:10
